Shipping fees to customers inside and outside Qatar vary based on geographical location and total order weight. Customers are notified of the fee amount before the order is processed and shipped. We use a variety of delivery methods depending on what is the best for our customer and the level of speed in which they decide they would like their product shipped.
Items purchased from Vectorize.qa cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty (manufactory defect) or damaged on arrival. Accidents do occur occasionally during shipping, we will make ensure our products are shipped in optimal condition.
In either of these cases, please contact Vectorize immediately upon receiving your delivery either through emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
This will begin the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, and we will be in touch to determine the cause of the product defect and arrange for return shipping if necessary.
We advise you to inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. In the case of shipping damage or product defects reported to Vectorize after 48 hours of the product's delivery, The3DBee reserves the right to refuse the return of the product, and cannot issue a refund.
If it is deemed that the product was delivered defective or was damaged in shipping, we’ll send out a replacement of the item(s) in question, and pay for the shipping costs of the replacement as well. This is contingent on the product being returned to us in the condition you received it in, with all product packaging and materials that were originally included in the delivery, and sent back to us postmarked within 14 days from the original date of delivery using the return shipping process we have arranged for you. If any of these conditions are not met, Vectorize reserves the right to refuse the return of the product, and deny a refund.
If the reason for return isn’t a result of our error, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
